No. These generators maintain a neutral water pH and do not introduce metals or alter the taste.

How long does the hydrogen stay in the water?

Hydrogen is a tiny element that escapes easily. Drink the water within 10 hours if the bottle remains tightly closed, or within 2 hours of opening or pouring it into a glass.

How much molecular hydrogen does it produce?

Therapeutic benefits begin at 0.5 PPM (parts per million). Echo Flask bottles generate up to 6 to 8 PPM of dissolved hydrogen, which is roughly 4x more than standard brands.

How much should I drink per day?
