I’m a licensed plumber who purchased this for my home. I was very impressed with the build quality of this unit, it’s very heavy duty. I purchased the three stage unit and the shipping weight was 60lbs! The cartridges were substantial too, and only need to be replaced once a year. My wife and I noticed a difference in the taste of our water right away. This filter is a good value and would recommend to anyone.
SO far, we really like the whole house reverse osmosis system. Our only complaint is the generic instructions. You should include supplement instructions with the separate components. It would make installation easier.
Was tired of renting a dispenser from water company, this unit is perfect for our family home. Brio Bottom Loading is the best. Was able to switch from the 5 gallon bottles provided by water company to our own 3 gallon bottles which are way more easy to carry. The hot and cold water can both be set to a range of temperatures, I set my coldest down to 39 degrees and my hottest to 194 degrees (perfect for tea and Instant Noodles). In short, this is such an upgrade to what we were renting and it will pay for itself in a year and half. Very happy and shipping (1 day) and setup (15 minutes) were a breeze!
