Cuckoo America 1-year limited warranty on most products, with shorter coverage noted for certain commercial models. +
1-year limited warranty begins on the date of original purchase. Commercial models CR-3032 and CR-3055 are listed separately with 6-month limited coverage. Coverage applies to internal parts related to product functionality that prove defective under normal use during the warranty period. Common exclusions currently listed include:

- Accessories and consumable parts such as the inner pot, rubber packing, drain dish, steam vent, and similar items
- Cosmetic issues, ordinary wear and tear, and exterior finish damage
- Products or gifts purchased from third-party sellers
- Damage during delivery or improper installation
- Misuse, accidents, or incorrect voltage
- Service calls not related to product defects
Repairs or replacements may be provided when the product qualifies under the warranty terms. Customers should keep the original sales receipt and provide it when requesting warranty service. Costs associated with warranty exclusions are the customer's responsibility.
Crystal Quest 1-year limited warranty on water filter systems, excluding replacement filters. +
Claim process
Crystal Quest water filter systems are covered for 1 year from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship when used in compliance with the use and care manual. Replacement filters are excluded from that 1-year system coverage.
An RMA number should be obtained before any merchandise is returned. After an RMA is issued, qualifying defective systems may be repaired, replaced, or refunded under the stated terms. Refunds are credited in the form of a Water Wellness Works or Crystal Quest Gift Card.
Important limitations and exclusions
- Misuse of the product or use of unauthorized attachments is outside the stated coverage
- Returns on media are not permitted because media cannot be reused.
- Water Wellness Works assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused by misuse of the product or the use of unauthorized attachments.

Products are specific to warranty periods rather than one universal policy for every item. Note that a general list of items that may void coverage or are not covered under warranty. The following are not covered or may void warranty eligibility:
- Accidental damage, such as dropping the product
- Intentional damage or damage caused by negligence
- Software or app-related issues unless they directly affect the device's internal operating system
- Battery performance
- Staining or exposure to sunlight, harsh chemicals or elements, cold or freezing temperatures, or water damage
- Results from after-market testing meters or blue reagents used to measure hydrogen levels

If repairs are available, a diagnostic fee applies and labor is billed at $125 per hour, plus parts and shipping, with proration applied based on the relevant schedule.

Fire Cold Plunge Residential limited warranty with 1-year base coverage and repair, replacement, or refund remedies for qualifying defects. +
Qualifying residential customers receive a 1-year limited warranty period from the date of purchase. Extended coverage may be available for an additional fee. Repaired or replaced items are warranted again for either 90 days after repair or replacement or the remainder of the original limited warranty period, whichever is longer under the stated terms.
Water Wellness Works may repair, replace, or refund a product that shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the limited warranty period, provided the customer gives notice during that period and can provide proof of purchase.
Current exclusions listed include:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, or calibration
- External causes
- Failure to provide an environment that meets product requirements
- Operation outside stated usage parameters
- Use of parts or supplies not supplied by Bloomfield Systems
- Improper site preparation, improper environmental conditions, or improper installation
- Loss or damage in transit
- Modification or service by unauthorized parties
- Expendable or consumable parts
You may be asked to provide true, accurate, and complete information when filing a warranty claim and to report issues promptly.
Liability and remedy limitations
The warranty terms are the complete and exclusive warranty agreement, that Water Wellness Works disclaims implied warranties to the extent allowed by law, and that liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price at Water Wellness Works's option.
iSpring Water Systems 1-year limited warranty for qualifying systems purchased from authorized dealers or resellers. +
Qualifying water filtration systems are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase should be retained. This limited warranty applies only to end users and only to products purchased directly from an authorized iSpring dealer or reseller.
The remedy is repair or replacement at Water Wellness Works' option. Coverage does not apply to defects caused by accident or improper installation, maintenance, repair, use. Installation and reinstallation costs are not covered.
Extended warranty availability
3-year, 5-year, and 10-year extended warranties are available for purchase or may be offered as a gift.
RKIN Premium lifetime coverage on listed system components, with separate valve coverage and maintenance conditions. +
Whole house warranty coveres items including fittings, OnliSoft media, tanks, housings, bypasses, valves, and in/out heads are warranted against defects in craftsmanship and material throughout the lifespan of the system under normal use, service, and application. Electronic and mechanical control valves are warranted for 7 years.
Current exclusions and limitations listed by RKIN include:
- Improper handling, abuse, misapplication, physical damage, and negligence
- Accidents or acts of nature such as fire or freezing
- Failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, transportation, and usage instructions
- Consumables such as carbon media and replacement cartridges
- Failure to maintain the system properly, including not replacing filters or media at the appropriate time
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning or repairing covered items.
Private well water conditions listed on the page
For privately owned well water used with OnliSoft family products, the water must satisfy all of the following criteria:
- No hydrogen sulfide that can induce sulfur gas or rotten-egg odor
- No oils that can coat the media and reduce effectiveness
- Copper levels not exceeding 1.30 mg/L
- No iron or manganese present in the water that can oxidize the media
We highly recommend pretreatment before using the systems if any of those conditions exist.
SentryH2O 30-day return window, lifetime replacement warranty on housings, and 1-year limited coverage for third-party products supplied by SentryH2O. +
Water Wellness Works accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Whole house system returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee. SentryH2O water filter housings are covered by a lifetime replacement warranty. Third-party products supplied by SentryH2O are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Current exclusions and limits from the provided terms include:
- Improper installation
- Damage or abuse
- Overpressure or water pressure spikes
- Freeze damage
- Improper water conditions
- Damage during installation
Note: a return authorization is required, installation charges are not refundable, shipping and handling charges and taxes are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for disconnecting and returning products.
TURBRO 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for qualifying original purchasers. +
Manufacturing and material defects are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to the listed conditions and limitations. The product must be installed and operated according to the supplied instructions. Alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse will void warranty coverage. The warranty is non-transferable, applies to the original owner, and is limited to products purchased through an authorized supplier.
Qualifying issues may be resolved by repair or replacement of defective parts, and the warranty team may also approve a refund or another solution when appropriate. Any approved replacement, upgrade, or refund still continues from the original purchase date.
Current exclusions listed include:
- Damage caused by owner attempts to fix or alter the product
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair
- Battery discharge time that shrinks due to aging and over-use
- Natural depreciation
Warranty coverage terminates if the product is sold or otherwise transferred, and coverage is restricted to the country of purchase.
Open box items
Open box items come with a 6-month warranty, are not eligible for warranty extension, and are not returnable for cosmetic issues. If an open box item is defective on arrival, customers are eligible for a replacement or refund.

30-day return language for unused items
Unused new items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with customers responsible for return shipping on eligible new products. A return authorization should be obtained before shipping and that returns must be sent in the original packaging with accessories and manuals included.
