Price Match Policy

Water Wellness Works will match or beat the lowest online price on its products. All price match requests must comply with applicable manufacturer pricing policies and authorized retailer agreements.

If you find a lower price for any products on our store, we will beat it by $50 for products listed over $2000. In order to be eligible, you must provide proof - whether a screenshot, invoice, email, etc. of the lower offer.

Policy

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  

Our Price Match Policy has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match. Please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference

  • Price match proof must be provided up to a maximum of 30 days after delivery date

  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible

  • The item must be in stock on the competitor's website

  • The item must state the same model number, condition, and version

  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location

  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.)

  • Refund requests Exclude special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday

  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question

  • The Price Match Policy includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

We want you to have the best value and the best deal which is why we always offer the best sales and discounts. We reserve the right to verify pricing and decline requests that violate manufacturer pricing policies or are the result of pricing errors.
