Protect your water quality and maintain your Portable Wellness System with a set of Replacement Filters. Available in two filter sets, based on your water source:
- STANDARD: ToxyGuard & AlkaGuard Filters for pre-treated or city-supplied water
- PREMIUM: BioChemGuard & AlkaGuard Filters for water sources with higher than average biological and chemical contamination (bacteria, viruses, PFAS, etc.)Â
We recommend changing your filters every year for optimal performance.

RETURN & WARRANTY
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All Whole House System returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. To see the entire policy, please refer to our policy page

A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date. To request a return authorization, please contact support at support@waterwellnessworks.com. Installation charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for disconnecting the system for return.
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, all products supplied by Sentry H2O are covered by a 1-year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Sentry H2O reserves the right to deny your warranty or other claim if it is found that the product was improperly installed, damaged, or abused.

Sentry H2O does not reimburse customers for other incurred expenses, such as but not limited to: installation and setup fees, damages caused by product, professional services, or legal fees, and will not respond to requests for such.

ALL refunds are given solely at the discretion of Sentry H2O. All returned products will be carefully analyzed to determine if it has been used, abused, or damaged in any way, either damaged during installation, or operated under improper conditions. Any refund determined to be due will be issued by at the conclusion of the analysis. Misapplication of the product, damage from overpressure, water pressure spikes, freeze damage, improper water conditions, and installation damage do not qualify for a refund.
