Electrocorp 8000 AH Air Purifier for Commercial and HVAC Applications

A compact 8000-series purifier with activated carbon for chemical gases and odors and Super-HEPA filtration for particles. The manufacturer lists a central HVAC duct kit as an option for the series; confirm compatibility before installation.

What it helps filter

Activated carbon is designed to adsorb VOCs, chemicals, gases and odors. Super-HEPA filtration captures fine airborne particles. Filter package and UV availability depend on the selected variant.

A practical fit for

  • Commercial rooms where chemical odors and airborne particles are concerns.
  • Air-handler or ducted projects where the central HVAC duct kit is appropriate.
  • Installations where the selected carbon blend can be matched to the process.

Why choose the 8000 AH?

Choose the 8000 AH when the project calls for an 8000-series unit with the optional central HVAC duct kit. It combines carbon and Super-HEPA filtration; unlike a room-only placement, this model can be considered for duct integration after your installer confirms airflow and fit.

Key features

  • Activated-carbon and Super-HEPA filtration.
  • 400 CFM free-flow rating listed for the 8000 series.
  • Central HVAC duct kit is listed by the manufacturer as an option for the series.
  • The manufacturer identifies the 8000 series as CARB certified.

Specifications

Airflow 400 CFM free flow (8000 series)
Particle filter Super-HEPA, manufacturer-rated 99% at 0.1 microns
Carbon EXEC or VOCARB; capacity varies by 8000 configuration
Ducting Central HVAC duct kit available; confirm application fit

CARB: The manufacturer identifies the 8000 series as CARB certified. Check the California Air Resources Board list.

Will this connect to my HVAC system?

A central HVAC duct kit is an option listed for the 8000 series. Confirm the equipment, duct layout and airflow requirements with your installer before ordering.
