3 Stages of Filtration
Stage 1 – Sediment Filtration
A 20-inch sediment cartridge helps remove dirt, sand, silt, and rust before they reach the softening media.
Stage 2 – Ion Exchange Softening
The ion exchange mineral tank removes calcium and magnesium—the primary causes of hard water—replacing them with sodium or potassium to produce true soft water.
Stage 3 – Carbon Polishing
A 20-inch solid carbon cartridge helps reduce VOCs, insecticides, pesticides, industrial solvents, and other contaminants that may be present while improving taste and odor.

12 GPM UV Water Sterilizer: Specifically designed to meet the demanding microorganism control concern. These microorganisms can range from bacteria and viruses to algae and protozoa. A major advantage of UV treatment is that it is capable of disinfecting water faster than chlorine without cumbersome retention tanks and harmful chemicals to your drinking water.

Oxidation System: Utilizes ozone for efficient water oxidation, improving water quality.
*Pinholes or rust may occur on stainless steel tanks in environments with high humidity, when salt is present or if condensation remains on tank without being routinely wiped down. If your system will be exposed to one of these factors or you are unable to perform the needed maintenance, we recommend a fiberglass tank.

Crystal Quest One-Year Limited Warranty
CRYSTAL QUEST® warrants your CRYSTAL QUEST® Water Filter Systems for one year from the date of purchase (except filter cartridges and UV bulbs ) against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the Use and Care Manual. CRYSTAL QUEST® disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If for any reason the product proves to be defective within one year from the date of purchase the customer would be responsible for all shipping charges and the unit should be shipped to CRYSTAL QUEST®. The entire system will be repaired or replaced without charge for the repairs or replacement. Please package your CRYSTAL QUEST® unit carefully to avoid damage in transit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. CRYSTAL QUEST® assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages; for damages arising out of the misuse of the product or the use of any unauthorized attachment. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
