Setup and operation guide

  1. Install the AstroRinse station on a stable, level, protected poolside site. Keep the supplied connections unobstructed and maintain clear access to the basket, hoses, and robot path.
  2. Fully charge and pair the robot, then confirm firmware and app settings.
  3. Select the correct filter and optional clarification setup for the planned cycle.
  4. Choose one of the supported cleaning modes and place the robot in the pool.
  5. After retrieval, place the robot in the AstroRinse station and follow the station prompts for automatic filter rinsing.

Care and ownership

  • Empty and rinse the 22 liter station basket according to debris load rather than relying on a fixed calendar interval.
  • Inspect the robot intake, rollers, tracks, sensors, and station rinse path for trapped debris.
  • Keep power and charging connections clean, dry, and protected according to the installation instructions.
  • Before freezing conditions, remove the system from service, drain accessible water, rinse and dry the robot and station components, and store removable equipment in a dry, frost free location.

Frequently asked questions

Does AstroRinse replace all maintenance?

No. It automates routine filter rinsing and transfers debris to the station basket, but the robot, basket, station, sensors, and moving parts still require inspection and periodic cleaning.

How often will I empty the station basket?

That depends on debris load and cleaning frequency. In typical use, the interval can reach up to 2 months, but heavy debris can require much more frequent service.

Can AquaSense X clean a sun shelf?

It can clean qualifying elevated platforms with at least 14 inches of water and an area of at least 3.3 × 3.3 feet. The approach must provide enough width, slope, and clearance for entry and exit.

Does it clean at night?

It includes LED assisted night cleaning features. Keep the pool area clear of swimmers, maintain adequate lighting for supervision, and remove obstacles before starting a night cycle.

AquaSense X includes a 3 year limited manufacturer warranty on the main unit in the United States and Canada. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use. Valid proof of purchase and the product serial number are required for service. Filter baskets and roller brushes include 3 months of coverage; clarifying agent kits are not covered. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, external conditions, nonapproved parts, commercial or rental use, or purchase from an unauthorized seller is excluded. Beatbot provides and administers this manufacturer warranty. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. This summary covers the AquaSense X main unit; it does not add or extend coverage for the AstroRinse station or accessories.
