Airpura T600 tobacco smoke air purifier

The Airpura T600 is built for tobacco and marijuana smoke with a Tar Barrier prefilter, a 26 lb carbon filter, and a HEPA Barrier for airborne particles.

Best suited for: homes, smoking areas, hospitality spaces, and rooms affected by recurring tobacco or marijuana smoke and odor.

Why choose this model

Choose the T600 when smoke tars and odors are the main concern. Its Tar Barrier protects the carbon and particle filters, while the 26 lb carbon bed provides more capacity than the 18 lb carbon models.

Choose your configuration

Choose Regular C600 carbon for coconut shell media or Super Gas 600 for the workbook matched anthracite carbon configuration.

How the filtration system works

  1. A vacuumable Tar Barrier captures smoke tars before they reach the main filters.
  2. A 26 lb carbon filter adsorbs tobacco smoke chemicals, gases, and odors.
  3. A HEPA Barrier captures 95% of airborne particles at 1 micron.

Getting started and everyday use

  2. Place the purifier upright with the intake and outlet unobstructed. Keep the unit switched off while connecting it to a grounded outlet that matches the voltage label.
  3. Run at maximum speed for at least 30 minutes, then select the operating speed for the room.
  4. For regular air quality maintenance, run continuously at a low speed and adjust as conditions require.
  5. Keep indoor relative humidity around 40%. Place a dehumidifier at least 6 feet from the purifier.

Filter maintenance
