Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and transit time is 4–8 business days. Larger items may ship via freight and require a scheduled curbside delivery. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout. For questions about delivery timelines, shipping eligibility, or special requests, feel free to contact us directly.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system.

30 Day Returns: If your order arrives damaged, we will exchange you a replacement. Our return policy cover from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Defective products are eligible for free returns, with options for a refund or replacement. Customer remorse returns may incur return shipping fees and restocking fees. Refunds are processed within a specified timeframe, subject to restocking fees if applicable. Late or missing refunds should be addressed with your bank or credit card company first. Exchanges may be accepted for defective or damaged items. Shipping costs for returns are typically the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged products. For more details, visit our Refund Policy Page.
