FAQ's

1. Do I really need a water filtration system?

If you want better-tasting water, reduced contaminants, and protection for your health, plumbing, and appliances, a filtration system is a smart long-term investment, especially in areas with hard water or chemical treatment. With adequate intake, all water systems not only benefit what's around you but in your body such as physical, mental, wellness, and performance.

2. What contaminants are commonly found in tap water?

Depending on your area, water may contain chlorine, lead, PFAS, sediment, bacteria, pesticides, and dissolved minerals. You can find more specific information from your county/city water department.

3. What is the difference between a water filter and a water softener?

Filters remove contaminants, while softeners reduce hardness minerals like calcium and magnesium. Many homes benefit from both.

4. What is hard water and why does it matter?

Hard water causes scale buildup, dry skin, dull hair, and reduced efficiency in appliances like water heaters and dishwashers. You can use a water softener to get rid of that and added benefits to skin, hair, cleaning performance, and extending life of appliances.

5. What is reverse osmosis (RO) and how effective is it?

RO systems remove up to 99% of contaminants, including heavy metals, PFAS, and dissolved solids, producing highly purified drinking water.

6. Does reverse osmosis remove healthy minerals?

Yes, RO removes most minerals. Many modern systems include remineralization stages to restore balance and improve taste. Many systems can be paired with a remineralizer to add beneficial minerals back for improved taste and balance.

7. What is a whole house water filtration system?

A point-of-entry system that treats all water entering your home benefiting drinking water, showers, laundry, and appliances.

8. Will filtration improve taste, odor, and clarity?

Yes. Removing chlorine, sulfur, and other impurities significantly improves taste, smell, and overall water clarity.

9. Can filtered water improve skin and hair health?

Many people experience softer skin and smoother hair after reducing chlorine and hardness minerals in their water.

10. What are NSF/ANSI certifications and why do they matter?

NSF/ANSI certifications verify that a system meets strict safety and performance standards.

  • NSF/ANSI 42: Improves taste and odor (chlorine reduction)
  • NSF/ANSI 53: Reduces health-related contaminants (lead, VOCs)
  • NSF/ANSI 58: Reverse osmosis performance
  • NSF/ANSI 60: Ensures water treatment chemicals are safe for drinking water
These certifications provide confidence that the system performs as claimed.

11. How often do filters need to be replaced?

Most filters require replacement every 3–12 months, depending on water quality and usage. Some whole house media can last several years. Our products will have a reference for each item.

12. What happens if I don’t replace filters on time?

Old filters can lose effectiveness, reduce water flow, and potentially allow contaminants to pass through.

13. Are water filtration systems difficult to maintain?

Maintenance is simple and predictable, typically involving scheduled filter changes and occasional system checks including whole house and commercial systems. Refer to our guides in each individual product page for tailored details.

14. Do these systems come with warranties?

Yes. Most of our quality systems include manufacturer warranties, often ranging from 1 year to lifetime coverage on certain components.

15. Is professional installation required?

Some systems are plug-and-play such as countertop units, and others like whole house or under-sink systems that may need basic or professional installation depending on your setup and the kind of product you choose. We have manuals attached to each products or you can send us a message for further questions.

16. Why do some systems cost more than others?

Pricing varies based on number of filtration stages, system capacity (GPM / output), technology (RO, UV, hydrogen, etc.), build quality and components. Most systems range widely from a few hundred dollars to several thousand depending on features and performance. Higher-end systems typically offer better purification, longer lifespan, and more advanced features

17. What is Hydrogen Water?

Hydrogen water is regular water infused with molecular hydrogen gas, which has been studied for its antioxidant properties and potential wellness benefits. They are often used to support, recovery, reduced inflammation, skin health, hydration, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Are hydrotherapy and wellness systems worth it?

For athletes and individuals focused on recovery, relaxation, or luxury living, hydro systems can significantly enhance daily routines and create a spa-like experience at home.

18. Why do you carry multiple brands instead of just one?

No single brand is best at everything. Some specialize in reverse osmosis systems, whole house filtration, commercial equipment, or wellness technology. We help simplify the process by offering trusted, proven solutions across every category so you can choose with confidence knowing your system is built to perform.
