Configuration guide
Use these four checks to narrow the available production, storage, and pump choices. The complete capacity charts, technical specifications, manuals, and add-ons remain below.
1. PRODUCTION
Start with the property type and expected daily water demand. The planning chart below covers configurations from 200 to 7,000 GPD.
2. STORAGE
Choose a standalone system or a storage tank kit. Review the included tank, pump, and float-switch details below.
3. PUMP
Compare brass rotary and stainless steel rotary pump options. The 1.5 HP horizontal pump applies to the 4,000–7,000 GPD configurations.
4. INSTALLATION
Confirm feed pressure, connection requirements, system dimensions, tank space, and door clearance before installation.
Description
The Whole-House Reverse Osmosis System provides one of the most advanced levels of water purification available for residential use. By installing the system at the main water entry point, every faucet, shower, appliance, and water outlet in your home receives highly purified water with dramatically reduced contaminants. Unlike standard filtration systems that target only a few pollutants, reverse osmosis uses a semi-permeable membrane capable of removing an extremely wide range of contaminants, including dissolved solids, heavy metals, chemicals, and microscopic impurities.
Capacity planning
| RO Production Capacity | Typical Application | Estimate |
|---|---|---|
| 200–300 GPD | Small homes, cabins, vacation properties, or low daily water demand | Occupants: 1–2 people • Peak Flow: 5–10 GPM • Storage Tank: 165 gallons • Feed Pressure: ≥45 PSI |
| 500–1,000 GPD | Average single-family homes with moderate daily water use | Occupants: 2–6 people • Peak Flow: 10–20 GPM • Storage Tank: 165–220 gallons • Feed Pressure: ≥45 PSI |
| 1,500–2,500 GPD | Large homes, estates, or homes with high daily water demand | Occupants: 4–10+ people • Peak Flow: 20–40 GPM • Storage Tank: 220–500 gallons • Feed Pressure: ≥45 PSI |
| 4,000–7,000 GPD | Large residential estates, multifamily properties, restaurants, light commercial, gyms, salons, and similar high-demand applications | Occupants: 10+ people or commercial use • Peak Flow: 40+ GPM • Storage Tank: 500+ gallons • Feed Pressure: ≥45 PSI |
Storage tank kit components
Reverse osmosis filtration produces purified water slowly, so a storage tank allows the system to store clean water ahead of time. This ensures your home always has purified water ready for showers, appliances, and drinking without sacrificing water pressure or flow.
Shipping charges may apply for 500-gallon storage tanks.
Pump variants
More cost effective, reliable for residential, and handles standard water conditions. Recommended for residential.
More corrosion resistant, handles harsh water conditions, and longer lifespan with heavy use. Recommended for commercial.
Used on the 4,000, 5,000, and 7,000 GPD configurations in the current variant matrix.

Optional add-ons
A remineralizer restores essential minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, back into purified water after reverse osmosis removes them. While advanced filtration creates exceptionally clean water, it can also strip out beneficial minerals. A remineralizer enhances the water by improving taste, balance, and overall quality, resulting in a smoother, more natural drinking experience.

FAQ
Use the GPD sizing chart as a starting point, then confirm against bathrooms, daily water usage, high-use appliances, commercial needs, available space, feed pressure, and water quality.
Reverse osmosis produces purified water gradually. The storage tank kit stores water ahead of time so the property has purified water ready for showers, appliances, and drinking.
Brass rotary as more cost effective and recommended for residential use, while stainless steel rotary is more corrosion resistant and recommended for commercial use.
All systems come standard as 110V unless otherwise requested.
Measure the door opening before installation when considering tank size.
