Setup and operation guide

  1. Fully charge the robot on land using the supplied charging equipment.
  2. Install the clean filter basket and check that brushes and intake areas are clear.
  3. Connect the Beatbot app and choose the cleaning mode that matches your pool.
  4. Place the robot in the pool within the stated depth and platform limits.
  5. Bring the robot to an accessible position with its parking function, lift it by the designated handle after it reaches the waterline, allow water to drain, and rinse the basket.

Care and ownership

  • Empty and rinse the filter basket after every cycle or sooner when heavily loaded.
  • Rinse the robot with fresh water and clear hair or debris from brushes and tracks.
  • Dry the charging plug and contacts completely before charging.
  • Store the robot and charging equipment in a cool, dry, protected location.
  • Use the robot only within its listed water chemistry, depth, platform size, slope, and access requirements. Remove it while treating or shocking the pool.

Quick troubleshooting

  • If the robot does not start: Fully charge it on land, confirm the filter basket is seated correctly, and make sure the charging plug and contacts are clean and dry.
  • If pickup is reduced: Empty and rinse the basket, then clear leaves, hair, and other debris from the intake, front roller brushes, and tracks.
  • If wall or waterline coverage is inconsistent: Clean the brushes and tracks, confirm the selected mode includes those areas, and verify that the pool surface and geometry meet the operating requirements.
  • If the app does not connect: Remove the robot from the water, move the phone within connection range, and confirm Bluetooth and Wi Fi are available.

Sora 10 includes a 2 year limited manufacturer warranty on the main unit in the United States and Canada. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use. Valid proof of purchase and the product serial number are required for service. Filter baskets and roller brushes include 3 months of coverage; clarifying agent kits are not covered. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, external conditions, nonapproved parts, commercial or rental use, or purchase from an unauthorized seller is excluded. Beatbot provides and administers this manufacturer warranty. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
