Cleaning coverage and operation
- AquaSense 2 uses CleverNav route planning, SonicSense obstacle recognition, and 16 sensors, including 2 ultrasonic sensors.
- AquaSense 2 provides 5,500 gallons per hour of suction and uses a 2 liter, 150 micron filter basket.
- iSkim cleans the water surface with random and edge cleaning routes, dual ultrasonic sensors, and one click edge parking.
- iSkim Ultra adds S path navigation, 20 sensors, side brushes, clarifier dispensing support, voice features, water temperature detection, and magnetic wireless charging.
Important fit note: AquaSense 2 does not clean the water surface. Its surface parking feature is for retrieval. Surface cleaning is performed by the selected iSkim unit. Confirm that your pool meets the operating requirements for both robots.

Bundle selection and operation guide
AquaSense 2 and iSkim: Choose this option for dedicated solar assisted surface cleaning, a 9 liter basket, up to 28 hours of operation without sunlight, and app connected edge parking.
AquaSense 2 and iSkim Ultra: Choose this option for S path surface navigation, side brushes, voice features, temperature detection, clarifier dispensing support, and magnetic wireless charging. iSkim Ultra provides approximately 18 to 20 hours of battery operation.
- Fully charge each robot on land with its supplied charging equipment, install the clean baskets, connect the Beatbot app, and select the intended cleaning mode.
- Select the appropriate cleaning mode in the Beatbot app.
- Place each unit in the pool only within its stated operating conditions.
- Retrieve AquaSense 2 after its cycle and empty both debris baskets as needed.
Care and ownership
- Remove and rinse each filter basket after use or when debris limits water flow.
- Rinse the robots with fresh water and keep charging contacts clean and dry before charging.
- Charge AquaSense 2 on land using its dock. Keep iSkim exposed to adequate sunlight for solar charging. Use adapter or magnetic wireless charging only when that charging method is supplied for the selected skimmer.
- Rinse and dry both units before storage. Keep the robots and charging equipment in a cool, dry, protected location away from standing water, freezing conditions, and severe weather.
- Use only compatible accessories and ClearWater clarifier products where the selected model supports them.
Quick troubleshooting

If AquaSense 2 does not start: Fully charge it on land, confirm the filter basket is seated correctly, and make sure the charging contacts are clean and dry.

If underwater pickup is reduced: Empty and rinse the AquaSense 2 basket, clear the intake and brushes, and remove debris from the tracks.

If the surface skimmer changes course repeatedly: Empty its basket and clear debris from the paddle, intake, sensors, and water outlet areas. Wind, currents, and pool obstacles can affect the route.

If the app does not connect: Bring the relevant robot to the water surface or remove it from the pool, move the phone within connection range, and confirm Bluetooth and Wi Fi are available.

Can both robots run at the same time?
They perform separate underwater and surface jobs. Keep swimmers out of the pool, maintain clear operating paths, place each robot within its stated depth limits, and retrieve each unit with its designated handle or parking function.

Will the robots work in a saltwater pool?
Use the robots only when the salt level is below 5,000 ppm. Keep pool chemistry within the limits supplied with the product and remove the units when treating or shocking the pool.

AquaSense 2 includes a 3 year limited manufacturer warranty on the main unit in the United States and Canada. The selected iSkim main unit includes 3 years of coverage, while iSkim Ultra includes 2 years. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use. Valid proof of purchase and the product serial number are required for service. Filter baskets and roller brushes include 3 months of coverage; clarifying agent kits are not covered. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, external conditions, nonapproved parts, commercial or rental use, or purchase from an unauthorized seller is excluded. Beatbot provides and administers this manufacturer warranty. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
