To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Defective products are eligible for free returns, with options for a refund or replacement. Customer remorse returns may incur return shipping fees and restocking fees. Refunds are processed within a specified timeframe, subject to restocking fees if applicable. Late or missing refunds should be addressed with your bank or credit card company first. Exchanges may be accepted for defective or damaged items.
