The Airpura C700DLX Chemical & Gas Air Purifier prioritizes deep gas-phase filtration. Its 26 lb, 3-inch activated-carbon bed provides extended contact with contaminated air, followed by a HEPA Barrier that captures carbon dust and larger airborne particles.

Best suited for: homes near industrial or traffic pollution, workshops, offices, salons, printing or manufacturing spaces, and rooms with persistent chemical, gas, VOC, or odor concerns; up to 2,500 sq. ft. at two air changes per hour with 8 ft. ceilings.

What this air purifier is used for

Choose the C700DLX when chemical gases, volatile organic compounds, or strong odors are the dominant concern and maximum carbon capacity is more important than H13-level fine-particle filtration. Its HEPA Barrier is a particle post-filter, not the same as the True HEPA used in R, V, F, and UV models.

Where to place it

Position this freestanding floor purifier in the affected room or workspace, ideally closer to the recurring chemical or odor source while keeping the intake and 360-degree outlet unobstructed. For an open area, a central location supports broader room-air circulation.
