Built for commercial and industrial water demand

This high-flow RO system is positioned for manufacturing, food processing, hospitality, agriculture, healthcare, commercial buildings, and other high-demand facilities. Exact application fit depends on incoming water conditions and required production capacity. These systems combine advanced membrane technology, intelligent automation, and heavy-duty construction to provide reliable long-term operation with low maintenance requirements.

Every system utilizes premium Thin Film Composite (TFC) membranes housed in durable stainless steel membrane vessels to deliver exceptional contaminant reduction while maintaining high production rates. Integrated pretreatment with 0.5-micron Zeolite media and coconut shell granular activated carbon helps protect membrane performance by reducing sediment, turbidity, chlorine, and other contaminants before they reach the RO stage.

  • Commercial production range from 10,000 to 50,000 GPD
  • Factory assembled, pre-plumbed, pre-wired, and performance tested
  • Open-frame design for service access
  • Heavy-duty coated aluminum frame

The Crystal Quest S-150 Control Panel (Included) has features and options to allow the OEM flexibility to meet many different specifications. The controller has five relay outputs, four dry contact inputs, and two TDS/conductivity inputs. A 2 line by 20 characters LED display provides the operating status of the RO unit along with the water quality, operating hours, and water temperature. This controller is standard for high-flow commercial reverse osmosis systems but has an additional upgrade option for ethernet integration.

The Crystal Quest C-200 Microprocessor Controller (Upgrade) is a versatile controller for reverse osmosis systems that offer advanced features and options which make it an exceptional choice for large commercial and industrial reverse osmosis systems.

The Crystal Quest C-200 Controller has the flexibility to meet many specifications with six (6) switch inputs, five (5) analog inputs, six (6) relay outputs, and two (2) TDS/conductivity inputs. The 4 line by 20 character LCD display provides sensor readings, hours of operation, temperature, alarms, and operating status of the RO system.

Our Stainless Steel Membrane Pressure Vessels enhance system appearance and allow you to take full advantage of the membrane capability. These vessels are considered safer and more reliable than PVC pressure vessels. Designed for continuous long-term use as a pressure vessel for reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, and ultra-filtration elements which are used on typical commercial reverse osmosis water treatment systems at pressures up to 300 PSI.
