Airpura R700 large-room air purifier for everyday particles, odors, and chemicals

The Airpura R700 Everyday Air Purifier brings high-capacity HEPA and activated-carbon filtration to larger living and working areas. An 18 lb carbon filter addresses everyday gases and odors, while the full-size H13 True HEPA filter captures fine airborne particles.

Best suited for: large living rooms, open-plan homes, basements, offices, classrooms, studios, and other open areas up to 2,500 sq. ft. at two air changes per hour with 8 ft. ceilings.

What this air purifier is used for

Use the R700 for balanced, everyday filtration of dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke particles, household odors, and common airborne chemicals. It is a strong general-purpose choice when both particle filtration and meaningful carbon capacity are important.

Where to place it

Position the freestanding purifier on its casters in the main open area you want to treat. Keep the intake and 360-degree clean-air outlet clear on all sides. A central location can support circulation through an open space, while placement closer to a recurring odor or particle source can improve local capture.

  • Designed as a portable floor unit; it does not install in ductwork.
  • Use a grounded 120V outlet and leave airflow openings unobstructed.
  • For routine maintenance, Airpura recommends continuous low-speed operation; increase airflow when conditions require it.

  2. An 18 lb activated coconut-shell carbon filter adsorbs household gases, chemicals, and odors.
  3. An H13 True HEPA filter captures 99.97% of airborne particles at 0.3 microns.
