The Airpura F700 Formaldehyde & VOC Air Purifier is designed for rooms where off-gassing from new materials is the primary concern. A specialized 18 lb activated-carbon blend targets formaldehyde and other VOCs, while an H13 True HEPA filter captures fine airborne particles.
Best suited for: new or recently renovated homes, offices, nurseries, workshops, salons, studios, and spaces containing new furniture, cabinetry, flooring, paint, adhesives, or pressed-wood products; up to 2,500 sq. ft. at two air changes per hour with 8 ft. ceilings.
What this air purifier is used for
Use the F700 when formaldehyde and VOC emissions from construction products, furnishings, finishes, or ongoing processes are more important than ordinary odor control alone. The particle stage also addresses dust, pollen, and other fine airborne matter.
Where to place it
Place the portable floor unit in the room with the new material or strongest off-gassing source, while maintaining clear space around the intake and 360-degree outlet. If several closed rooms contain new materials, treat the highest-priority occupied room first or use appropriately sized units in each area.
